Weapons
- Black Widow — full rework: standard ADS sniper mode removed from her base kit, primary fire rate increased, charged electro-plasma blast moved to a standard ability; her new Ultimate grants a temporary ADS sniper mode with armor-piercing, high-damage shots active
- Deadpool — primary fire and core ability buffed, base health up 50 buff
- Devil Dinosaur — base health up 100, critical hit damage reduction increased buff
- Doctor Strange — health raised to 650 total, shield value up to 850 buff
- Rocket Raccoon — C.Y.A. Ultimate energy cost 4,000 → 4,300, plus new distance falloff losing up to 60% of its effect at 20m nerf
New Mechanics
- Ultimate energy generation reworked: Vanguard/Duelist damage-to-energy conversion 70% → 55%; Strategist healing-to-energy 75% → 60% and damage-to-energy 75% → 55% active
- Regenerative Shield — a new health type converting part of a hero’s base HP into a shield buffer that regenerates over time, applied to select heroes including Captain America, Hulk, Thor, and Rogue active
- Team-Up system overhaul — every hero now has two independent Team-Up loadouts (a base effect plus an enhanced effect for the right partner), selectable pre-match and swappable in the spawn room; flat stat bonuses tied to Team-Up Anchor roles are removed active
