- D.Va — Shield System perk shield conversion 150 → 100 nerf
- Doomfist — Power Matrix duration 1.0s → 0.8s nerf
- Hazard — Spike Guard duration 3s → 2.5s; Explosive Impalements damage reduced; Reconstitution weakened nerf
- Shion — new Damage hero added: Kira Pistols (rapid-fire), Execution (X-shaped volley), Evade (dash with overhealth), Joyride (motorcycle dismount throw), Satsuriku Spree ultimate active

- Neon Junction — new Hybrid map inspired by Tokyo’s Akihabara, with neon streets, Hashimoto skyscraper, and an overpass with environmental hazards active
Mechanics
- Ultra skins — new cosmetic rarity featuring custom sound suites, unique kill effects, ambient animations and smaller bespoke details active
- Hero Bans — a player’s Preferred Hero now contributes 3 negative votes, nullifying one player’s 3rd-place vote active
