- Dokkaebi — Jegeo Payload now has a 7-second cooldown, preventing chained activations and reinforcing timing and coordination nerf
- Thorn — Razorbloom Shell limp duration reduced to 10 seconds nerf

- IQ — utility effectiveness buffed (electronic detection and scan-uptime improvements) buff

Bug Fixes
- Dropped phones no longer emit a bright flashing light when viewed from different angles active
- Only Solid Snake can now pick up OSP Pouches dropped by fallen Operators active
- Defusers placed inside the Fortress’ bathtub can now be picked up and defused when the wall tiles above are shot active
- Holding both lean buttons set to HOLD no longer causes audio distortion active
- Missing Denari voice-over dialogue restored across multiple Operator interactions active
