Overview

SeasonTimer.live ("we", "our", or "the site") is a free game-season countdown tool. We do not require account registration and do not collect your name, email address, or any directly identifying information. However, the third-party services we use to keep the site free — Google Analytics and Google AdSense — do set cookies and collect certain usage data, as described below.

Data collected by third-party services

Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site traffic — for example, which game pages are visited most and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) that persist for up to 2 years and collect:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Approximate geographic location (country/region, derived from IP address)
• Browser type, operating system, and device category
• Referring website or search engine

Individual IP addresses are anonymised before storage. Data is processed by Google LLC under their Privacy Policy . You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on .

Google AdSense

We display ads served by Google AdSense (publisher ID: ca-pub-8706031308795367). AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies to serve ads that may be personalised based on your prior browsing activity across sites in Google's advertising network. AdSense may collect:

• Cookie identifiers used to match ads to interests
• IP address and approximate location
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

Ad personalisation is controlled by Google. You can review and adjust your ad settings at adssettings.google.com , or opt out of interest-based advertising via the NAI opt-out tool .

Cookies

Cookies set on this site come exclusively from Google Analytics and Google AdSense. We do not set any first-party cookies ourselves. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; doing so will not affect the core countdown functionality of the site.

Your rights

EEA / UK residents (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have rights to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of personal data held about you. Because the personal data collected through this site is held by Google (not by us), the relevant controller is Google LLC. You can exercise your rights through Google's data request process or by contacting your local data protection authority.

California residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to opt out of the sale of personal information, and to request deletion. SeasonTimer.live does not sell personal information. The analytics and advertising data described above is processed by Google under their own CCPA obligations. Data retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default under our account settings. AdSense cookie lifetimes are set by Google and are typically up to 13 months. We do not store any analytics or advertising data on our own servers.

Children's privacy

SeasonTimer.live is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has been tracked through this site, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
